Responsibilities:

Create a variety of chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, bonbons, and chocolate bars, using high-quality ingredients and artisanal techniques.
Develop new recipes and flavors, experimenting with different ingredients, fillings, and coatings to create innovative and unique chocolate creations.
Temper chocolate, mold shapes, and decorate chocolates using techniques such as piping, dipping, and airbrushing to achieve beautiful and intricate designs.
Ensure that all chocolate products are made to high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation, meeting customer expectations and brand standards.
Monitor inventory levels of chocolate and confectionery ingredients, place orders for replenishment, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
