Job Opportunity: General Staff Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with personal hygiene
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Help patients with mobility and daily activities as needed
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient comfort and safety
Document patient information accurately and timely
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a nursing assistant is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare field
