Job Title: Security Guard

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking vigilant and dependable individuals to join our team as Security Guards. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
Patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity, theft, or vandalism.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security risks.
Enforce access control procedures, including checking identification and authorizing entry for authorized personnel.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and take appropriate action as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.
Report any security breaches, incidents, or hazards to the appropriate authorities and management.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Valid security guard license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).
Strong observation and surveillance skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
