Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks and support the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
Provide support during audits and internal reviews.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by senior accounting staff.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
