Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure all charges are posted correctly.
Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong numerical and accounting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
