Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Documents Controller to join our team. The Documents Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documents, ensuring that they are accurate, up-to-date, and stored correctly. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and control all project documents
Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and stored correctly
Maintain document control registers and logs
Distribute documents to internal teams and external partners as needed
Ensure that documents are compliant with relevant standards and regulations
Assist with document review and approval processes
Provide support to project teams in managing documents
Maintain confidentiality and security of documents

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Documents Controller or similar role
Knowledge of document management systems and procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and document control software
