Description

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain document control procedures for the organization.
Receive, log, and track all incoming and outgoing documents.
Ensure that documents are accurately labeled, filed, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage document revisions, ensuring that the latest versions are readily accessible to authorized personnel.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate document review, approval, and distribution processes.
Prepare and distribute reports summarizing document control activities and metrics.
Assist in audits and inspections by providing documentation as requested.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with document control standards and best practices.
