Position: Assistant Teacher
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
Assist in the supervision and monitoring of students in the classroom, during playtime, and on field trips.
Help prepare instructional materials and classroom displays.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as directed by the lead teacher.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of child development and early education best practices.
Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs.
Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
