Receptionist / Admin Assistant .

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin/Receptionist to join our team.

The requirements:

– Has Experience GYM or FITNESS or a similar position for at least 2-3 years experience in receptionist.

– ⁠Experience in Sales

– Previous experience working with gym CRM systems

– ⁠Knowledge of doing reports

– Language: any

Responsibilities:

– Meeting of guests and club members

– ⁠Registration in the CRM

– ⁠Selling additional benefits of club

– ⁠Guest relation Service

– Receive and distribute incoming phone calls, managing social media direct

– Advising members on additional services, booking appointments.

– Maintaining documentation and reporting.

– General admin duties and other requirements from management.

Conditions:

The work schedule is 6 days a week for 8-hour shifts + 1 hour break.

Flexible starting times (club opens from 7 am to 10 pm
