Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of chefs and kitchen supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Ensure all food items are stored properly and safely.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring them.
Monitor food inventory and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Assist with plating and garnishing dishes.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
