Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Address customer inquiries and handle complaints with a positive attitude.
Process payments accurately and provide receipts or change as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.
Follow health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
