Job Position: Food Runner

Location: Dubai
Job Description:

We are looking for efficient and customer-oriented Food Runners to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring that guests receive their meals promptly and correctly.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately.
Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
Communicate food orders and any special requests or dietary needs to kitchen staff.
Ensure food is presented properly and assist with assembling food orders as needed.
Assist with cleaning and resetting tables between service periods.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
Support servers and other staff to maintain efficient service flow.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and team player.
High school diploma or equivalent.
