Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth table turnover and efficient service.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area.
Monitor the dining area to anticipate guest needs and maintain service flow.
Assist with taking reservations over the phone and managing online booking systems.
Provide guests with information about menu items, specials, and restaurant facilities.
Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
