Responsibilities:

Greet and escort customers to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check in with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues.
Prepare and clear tables, ensuring they are clean and set for the next guests.
Process payments and provide receipts.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
