Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Salesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
