Job Position: Waiter / Waitress

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to guests.
Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Ensure that tables are set up correctly and cleaned after guests leave.
Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service.
Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and promptly.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
