Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately and efficiently into the company’s database or information systems.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correct any discrepancies.
Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
Generate reports, perform data analysis, and assist with data management tasks.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data entered.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify information as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or computer science are a plus.
