HR Assistant Wanted

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is key in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and managing HR databases.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Help onboard new employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials.
Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping and data entry.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents.
Help manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
Support the HR team with various projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
