Position: Catering Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage catering orders from initial inquiry to event completion.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Plan and organize catering logistics, including menu selection, food preparation, delivery, and setup.
Liaise with kitchen staff, event planners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of catering events.
Monitor inventory levels of catering supplies and place orders as needed.
Handle contracts, invoices, and payment processing for catering services.
Ensure all events are executed according to client specifications and company standards.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback for future reference.
Assist in marketing and promoting catering services to potential clients.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in catering coordination, event planning, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and catering management software.
A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and move catering supplies as needed.
