Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, practices, and principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
