We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Plan and create menus, ensuring a variety of high-quality dishes that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items, ensuring consistency and quality.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor portion sizes, waste control, and food cost to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Develop new recipes and stay updated on industry trends to keep the menu innovative and appealing.
Handle guest feedback, addressing any concerns or special requests professionally.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Lead by example, maintaining a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Creativity and a passion for food and culinary arts.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
