Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer payments and transactions securely.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or equivalent .
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
