Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting and distributing as necessary.
Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
Serve as a point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
