Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing them with information on products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and inventory levels.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock shortages or overages.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
