Job Opportunity: Office Assistant (No Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate departments or team members.
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and assist with inquiries.
Help maintain office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and ordered as needed.
Support the real estate team with document preparation, client follow-ups, and scheduling appointments.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to property listings and transactions.
Assist with data entry and updating client and property databases.
Help coordinate meetings and prepare materials for client presentations.

Requirements:
No prior experience required; fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.) is preferred.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
