We are seeking a dependable and proactive Office Boy to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace. This role is essential for maintaining a positive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas, including meeting rooms and common spaces.
Assist in preparing and serving refreshments for meetings and events.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform basic clerical tasks, such as filing and data entry.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
Assist with setting up and dismantling office equipment for events and meetings.
Provide support to administrative staff as needed.
Run errands, such as delivering documents or picking up supplies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
