Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle requests promptly and courteously.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including security and safety regulations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Clerk or in a customer service role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
