Position: Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Schedule shipments and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and carriers to address any shipment issues.
Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, shipments, and invoices.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for order preparation and dispatch.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
