Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying
Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents

Support other staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing files
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Assist in maintaining office equipment and coordinating repairs as needed

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
