Job Position: Front Office Staff

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Staff member to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and check-outs using the hotel’s booking system.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication related to guest services.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit transaction records.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using front office software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
