Document Controller Wanted

Position: Document Controller
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Receive, log, track, and distribute documents for review and approval according to project schedules.
Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable.
Ensure that all documents meet company standards for format, content, and clarity.
Coordinate with project teams to collect and archive necessary documentation.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
Manage the document transmittal process, ensuring timely delivery of documents to clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure that obsolete documents are promptly removed from circulation and archived properly.
Perform regular audits of document control systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including meeting coordination and correspondence.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in document control, administration, or a related field are a plus.
Previous experience in document control, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong understanding of document control standards and procedures.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with industry-specific documentation standards is a plus.
