Counter Sales Staff (Freshers)
Location: Dubai

We are hiring Counter Sales Staff for our retail store in Dubai. If you’re enthusiastic about customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance
Assist customers in selecting products and answering any questions they may have
Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
Restock shelves and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales counter
Provide information on promotions, discounts, and special offers
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Keep track of inventory and notify management when stock levels are low
Upsell products by suggesting related or higher-end items to customers
Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed
Requirements:

Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required
