Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and responsible Storekeeper to manage the storage and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory levels, ensure the efficient handling of supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and supplies.
Organize and store items in the appropriate locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
Prepare and pack orders for dispatch or delivery.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing department for reorders.
Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
