Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Student Support and Guidance:
Provide support and guidance to students to help them succeed academically and personally.
Identify and address any learning or behavioral issues in collaboration with parents and school counselors.
Encourage and support student participation in extracurricular activities and events.
Professional Development:
Stay current with developments in the field of education and subject area.
Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff to support student learning and development.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
Prepare and submit reports, plans, and other administrative documents as required by the school administration.
Comply with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Teaching certification or licensure as required by UAE regulations.
Proven experience as a teacher in the relevant subject area and grade level.
