Data Entry Clerk vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems accurately and efficiently.
Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain records of activities and completed work.
Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity.
Organize and file digital and paper documents as needed.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Assist with generating reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
Proficient typing skills and a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
