Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding reservations.
Process reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Provide detailed information about accommodations, facilities, rates, and special promotions.
Modify or cancel reservations as requested by guests while adhering to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
Resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to accommodate special guest requests or needs.
Upsell additional services, packages, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
Follow up with guests to confirm reservations and provide any necessary information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
