Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization, ensuring all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and preparing documents.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using office equipment (eg, fax machines and printers) and MS Office Suite.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Customer service attitude with a friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
