Typing Center Executive vacancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce products or services and generate sales leads.
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide relevant product information and solutions.
Present product features and benefits persuasively to encourage customers to make a purchase.
Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about products or services.
Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
Record customer details, sales transactions, and interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately and timely.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or team leader.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
