We are urgently hiring a Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Record and update customer information accurately in the database
Assist customers with product information and resolve issues efficiently
Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups or surveys
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively
Proficient in using computers and call center software
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
