We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator. You will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Besides, you should be able to maintain a record of the client’s details and communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Consultant, Customer Service Representative or a similar role in the Customer Service department
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce
Responsibilities
Overseeing Customer Service Representatives and other team members
Ensuring that the team members adhere to the company guidelines and policies at all times
Providing the clients with product and service knowledge
Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries
