Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our hotel team in Dubai. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions with guests, managing cash registers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed.
Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Assist guests with inquiries regarding their bills and payment issues.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation.
Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or management.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar financial role is preferred.
Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and payment processing.
