Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer accounts
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
