Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic with expertise in maintaining and repairing Bulldozers, Shovels, and Excavators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of heavy equipment used in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on Bulldozers, Shovels, Excavators, and other heavy equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using both manual techniques and diagnostic tools.
Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and test equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Collaborate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, with a focus on Bulldozers, Shovels, and Excavators.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of equipment schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., ASE, CFC, etc.) is a plus.
Safety-conscious with a focus on maintaining high safety standards on the job.
