Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Prepare, organize, and file important documents and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for any office-related needs.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
Assist with other administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a secretary or in an administrative role is preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in office management are a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
