Description

The Delivery Driver ensures timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers while providing excellent customer service. This role includes route planning, safe driving, and proper handling of items to maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Order Delivery:

Deliver products to customers or designated locations on time.
Verify delivery details, including addresses and package contents, before departure.
Customer Interaction:

Provide professional and courteous service to customers upon delivery.
Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery as required.
Route Management:

Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or other tools to meet delivery schedules.
Adapt to route changes due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.
