Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The role involves delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and creating a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and guide them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests.
Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts.
