Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and provide administrative support in our Dubai office.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and generate periodic reports
Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations is an advantage
