Guest Experience

Deliver a sophisticated and personalized dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Promote and maintain fine dining standards, including service etiquette and ambiance.
Team Leadership

Train, guide, and supervise front-of-house staff to maintain luxury service standards.
Lead team briefings to communicate daily priorities, VIP reservations, and special events.
Foster a positive and professional work environment that motivates staff and encourages teamwork.
Operational Excellence

Oversee daily operations, including table management, reservations, and service flow.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely service.
Execute opening and closing procedures with precision, adhering to luxury standards.
Compliance and Standards

Uphold hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Maintain staff compliance with appearance, conduct, and performance expectations.
Financial and Inventory Management

Support revenue generation by maximizing table turnover, upselling premium offerings, and managing resources efficiently.
Oversee inventory management, reducing waste while ensuring the availability of high-quality products.
Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 3 years as a Restaurant Supervisor in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels in Dubai or similar settings.
Expertise in managing high-profile clients and VIP guests.
Personality:
Charismatic, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to build rapport with guests and foster a positive dining environment.
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of fine dining service, food presentation, and wine pairings.
Proficiency in reservation systems, POS software, and guest service management tools.
Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, or Russian) are an advantage.
