Requirements:
A high school diploma or degree in hospitality management is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
