Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
 Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
 Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
 Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
 Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
 Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
 Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
 Ensure guests are provided with an excellent dining experience from start to finish.
 Assist with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the overall restaurant environment.

Requirements:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
 Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
 Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
 Food handling and hygiene certification (if required).
